Community Pathways mission is to empower families of children that are struggling in school or in the early stages of diagnosis and evaluation for developmental delays and disabilities by providing comprehensive support, guidance, and resources. We navigate the complexities of educational and healthcare systems to ensure that every child has access to the tools and opportunities necessary for their growth and success.
